Dear Don,
You truly have been a life saver to me. I bought a home that had a kitchen
designed by one of the better known kitchen designers in my city that made
cooking a true chore. Thus, I decided to redo my kitchen. But after going
through two successive architects, I still didn’t have a design that felt right.
One Sunday, I came upon an article in our paper that simply said if you want to
design your kitchen right you need the book on kitchen designs by Don Silvers.
At that point, I was game for anything.
I sent for your book and found it extremely enlightening. Due to my hectic
schedule and my loss of faith in the ability of architects designing kitchens, I
asked and was pleasantly surprised when you agreed to help me in my design. I
truly feel comfortable with what you have done and can imagine stress free
cooking in your wonderfully laid you kitchen that incorporated all of my needs
and made the kitchen finally workable. I can’t wait until the project is done.
I do want to thank you for all of your continual follow up and genuine interest
in making sure this project comes out correctly. You have proven the axiom
"don’t believe everything you read in the paper", to be false.
Sincerely,
Susanne Cobey
