Dear Don,
It was very good to receive your note and I am flattered that you would even
remember me. Things are going well here in the frozen Mid-west - I am having a
little difficulty getting used to the climate out here. Colorado Springs is so
much more temperate.
We’ve been in our home since September and we just love it - especially the
kitchen. You would enjoy hearing the many, many compliments that we receive on
it. It functions beautifully for Mac and I and yet I had fifty plus people over
for a Christmas party and it worked just great for that too. That prep sink is
an absolute stroke of genius - Mac and I do not know how we got along without
it.
I am enjoying my dynasty range as much as I thought I would - maybe even more.
The radiant broiler is like nothing I have ever had and it does and absolutely
superb job on broiling meats - as I remember you telling me. We did have some
installation problems with the range and the thermostat in the smaller oven was
not functioning properly (it burned everything I put into it and when I finally
checked the temperature, a setting of 350 degrees went zooming up to 540 degrees
before I got nervous and turned it off). The stove people came out and appeared
to fix it an we’ve been humming along smoothly ever since.
I did speak to a lady in Cincinnati that you had referred to me and I hope that
she used your services - I certainly prompted it as well as I could.
I hope that your business continues to grow and as I said in a previous letter,
my investment in you was the best investment that we made in any area of that
house. I will try to keep in touch and will always wish you the very, very best
and be willing to assist you in any way I can also.
Sincerely,
Pamela A. Bruning
